How Escrow Works

Agreement

Buyer and seller agree on terms and choose KICB as Escrow Agent.

Deposit Funds

Buyer deposits funds into the KICB Escrow Account.

Verification

KICB verifies that all conditions are met as per the agreement.

Release Funds

Funds are released to the seller when all terms are satisfied.
