- Certificate of Incorporation, Patent, and VAT registration
- Financial Statement (audited or management accounts)
- Business license and valid operating permit

- 6-12 months Business Bank Statement
- Financial Statements (last 2-3 years)

- Valid identification of directors/shareholders
- Collateral documents (Hard Title Deed)
- Business plan or project proposal (for large loans)
